Fundraising

The Friends of the VPL has a number of Fundraising Activities.  Our overhead costs are extremely low, and all funds collected are distributed to programs, services, collections and facility needs of the VPL that are not funded through the normal Library operating budget.

Our major fundraising activities are:

• book’mark, The Library Store

• Used book sales

• Stay at Home and Read a Book Ball

Membership dues and direct donations are also sources of revenue.
